We are now seeking an **Amazon Advertising Expert** to join our in-house team and take our digital presence to new heights.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a talented and experienced **Amazon Advertising Expert** to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns, ensuring the continued growth and success of Hammonds Flycatcher in the e-commerce space. This is a **full-time, in-house role** requiring your physical presence at our office in **Kolkata**. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Strategy & Execution**: Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve business goals.
- **Account Management**: Handle advertising accounts for Hammonds Flycatcher, focusing on large-scale, high-performing campaigns with strong ROI.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and other KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- **Keyword Optimization**: Perform extensive keyword research to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors to stay ahead in the market and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Create and present detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Testing & Optimization**: Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters for improved outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-4 years of proven experience managing Amazon advertising accounts, preferably for large and reputed brands.
- **Skills**: Expertise in Amazon Advertising platforms and tools like Seller Central, Advertising Console, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
- **Track Record**: A history of delivering optimized, high-performing campaigns.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Location Flexibility**: Willingness to work in-house at our office in **Kolkata**.
