**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Marketplace Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Your expertise in analyzing data and metrics will be pivotal in driving campaign performance and maximizing ROI.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each marketplace platform, considering the unique audience and algorithms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior, providing insights to inform advertising strategies.
- Manage advertising campaigns from conception to execution, including budget allocation, ad creative development, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc., making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in marketplace advertising, implementing relevant strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Generate regular reports and insights to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in managing marketplace advertising campaigns, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record of improving performance metrics and driving ROI through campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience working with metrics such as CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
