**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Amazon Ad Strategy & Execution**: Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive maximum ROI.
- **Performance Monitoring & Optimization**: Track ACoS, TACoS, CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs. Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights.
- **Keyword & Competitor Research**: Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
- **Budget & Bid Management**: Allocate and optimize advertising budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- **A/B Testing & Experimentation**: Test different creatives, ad placements, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align advertising strategies. Generate in-depth reports on ad performance with actionable insights.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Amazon Ads Expert**: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon ad campaigns with a track record of success.
- **Tech-Savvy & Analytical**: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency**: Comfortable with advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present insights and collaborate with teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: A sharp eye for campaign optimization, budget allocation, and trend analysis.
