Officer - Collection Support

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the collection issues - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solution.
- Establish a system and procedures, responding to and following up on complaints at the Village Tract.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints as well as details of actions taken.
- Work with Internal Sales. Operations and Grievance team to resolve customer collection issues/complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Prepare regular reports on collections
**Skills, qualifications & job requirements**
l Minimum Graduate
l 1-2 Years of Prior experience as a telecaller/Customer Care or similar.
l Proficient in MS excel.
l Superb verbal communication.
l Ability to switch your communication style as per requirement.
l Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
l MFI/NBFC experience would be an added advantage.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
