**Key Responsibilities**

- Incorporate hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world examples into lessons.
- **Software Training**:

- Provide in-depth training on industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
- **Project Guidance**:

- Guide students on portfolio development and capstone projects to showcase their skills.
- **Evaluation**:

- Assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Industry Integration**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to arrange guest lectures and workshops.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the institution's growth initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Certification in Motion Graphics or related software is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related role.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of 3D design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative mindset with a passion for mentoring and teaching.
