**Job Overview**:
A Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating animated visual content for various media platforms. This role involves designing and producing high-quality animations, graphics, and visual effects to enhance multimedia projects, including advertisements, films, video games, websites, and social media content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop animation concepts and storyboards.
- **Animation Production**: Create 2D animation using software like Adobe after Effects, Animate CC, or similar tools.
- **Graphic Design**: Design and illustrate graphics, typography, and other visual elements for animations.
- **Editing and Compositing**: Integrate animations with live-action footage, perform colour correction, and add special effects.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- **Research and Development**: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in motion graphics and implement innovative techniques in projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in animation and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Animate CC).
- **Creative Skills**: Strong artistic abilities and a keen eye for detail, colour, and composition.
- **Storytelling**: Ability to convey messages effectively through visual storytelling.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and provide feedback.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the animation process.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work and experience in a similar role.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: The job may be based in an office, a studio, not remotely.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with a team of designers, animators, editors, and other creative professionals.
- **Flexible Hours**: May require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: Typically ranges from 15000 to 30000 INR per Month, depending on experience, skills.
