Wishes and Blessings, NOIDA is searching a **creative and passionate Motion Graphic Designer who can help bring our stories to life through compelling visual content.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging motion graphics and short videos for social media, campaigns, events, and fundraising.
- Design explainer videos, reels, and visual assets that clearly convey impact and values.
- Collaborate with communications/outreach teams to develop audience-focused visual ideas.
- Edit videos with transitions, music, effects, subtitles, and voiceovers.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity across all designs and templates.
- Stay updated on animation trends, storytelling techniques, and nonprofit communication styles.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with creativity and attention to detail.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Canva knowledge is a plus).
- Strong storytelling abilities and visual communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for social impact and empathy-driven narratives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
