Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**: Collecting, cleaning, and managing data from various sources.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Creating and maintaining reports (daily, weekly, monthly), analyzing data trends, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **System Maintenance & Support**: Ensuring the smooth operation of MIS systems, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
- **Collaboration**: Working with different departments to understand data requirements, gather information, and align data management strategies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in data management processes and implementing solutions.
- **Documentation**: Creating and maintaining documentation for MIS systems and processes.
- **Data Security**: Ensuring data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place.
- **Project Management**: Planning, executing, and managing data-related projects.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contributing to the development of strategic plans for MIS systems.
- **Presentation Skills**: Preparing and presenting reports and findings to management.

**Required Skills**:

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of data management software, reporting tools, and database systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects.
- **Microsoft Excel Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Excel are often required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring data accuracy and report precision.

Pay: ₹9,213.88 - ₹18,000.00 per month
