Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: [Chennai]

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with advanced Excel expertise to support data reporting and analysis within the healthcare domain. The role involves creating and maintaining accurate MIS reports related to revenue cycle management, patient billing, claims, and operational metrics to aid management decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for RCM operations, patient billing, collections, and claim status.
- Handle large datasets from healthcare systems (EMR/EHR, claim management tools) and consolidate them into actionable reports.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation) for reporting and data analysis.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as claim denials, collections, turnaround times, and productivity metrics
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient and financial data as per HIPAA/compliance norms.
- Collaborate with RCM, finance, and operations teams to gather data inputs and close reporting gaps.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate can Apply.
- 1-2 years’ experience in MIS/reporting roles.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel; working knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
