**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with expertise in financial data management and Chartered Accountant (CA) expense tracking. The role involves preparing MIS reports, managing financial data, coordinating with the finance team, and ensuring accurate documentation of CA-related expenses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. MIS & Data Management**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse financial data and generate reports for management decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations for financial performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Budgets, comparisons with actual and reviews with management for corrective steps for both capex and opex.
- Implementing delegation of authority and expense system management in collaboration with the local management.
- Coordination with auditors and other authorities for timely compliances.
- Other areas as may be assigned by management

**2. Financial Coordination & Compliance**:

- Work closely with the finance and accounts team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary MIS reports and financial records.
- Support tax filings and financial documentation in coordination with the CA.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled.

**3. Process Optimization & Documentation**:

- Identify process improvements for financial reporting and expense tracking.
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for financial reporting and MIS processes.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
- Additional certifications in Financial Analysis, Tally, or SAP are a plus. Experience in financial data analysis, MIS reporting, and expense tracking.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, GST, and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including Chartered Accountants.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A qualified CA / CA Inter professional with MIS and financial reporting experience.
- Hands-on experience in handling audit-related documentation, compliance filings, and tax regulations.
- Ability to manage financial planning, cost control, and Chartered Accountant expenses efficiently.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
