**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and marketplace ads (on Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, etc.).
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations based on data to continuously optimize campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Create and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and delivering strategic recommendations for optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and exceed performance targets, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective strategies.
- **Influencer Collaboration**: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, including reels and other formats that drive higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- **Brand Initiatives**: Contribute to broader social media and brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience managing a digital marketing budget of ₹10 Cr. Per Annum across platforms like Meta, Google, and other e-Commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed, data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling.
- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- **Creative Tools**: Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop for basic editing and creative input.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- **Multi-tasking**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
