**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation:

- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Utilize effective communication skills to create interest and generate curiosity about KHOJO's products/services.

2. Client Engagement:

- Understand client needs and requirements through active listening.
- Provide detailed information about KHOJO's offerings and how they address the client's needs.

3. Presentation and Closure:

- Schedule and conduct presentations, either remotely or in-person, to showcase our products/services.
- Work towards achieving set targets for lead conversion and closures.

4. Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

5. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team to enhance product/service offerings and improve the lead generation process.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and closing deals.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for in-person presentations.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a telecalling or sales role.
- Preferably MBA or BBA.
