**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage with our audience, promote hospital services, and share relevant content.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and interactive media.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeted advertising to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and medical staff to develop digital content and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to patient feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain digital marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
