- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
- **Customer Follow-ups**: Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- **AI Marketing Support**: Utilize AI tools for marketing purposes, including data analysis and campaign management.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to improve services and address concerns.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and lead status for management review.
