**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tele and video consultations for acute and chronic cases.
- Counsel patients on preventive healthcare, lifestyle modifications, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for integrated patient management.
- Handling urgent queries and escalations from patients.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
- Conduct webinars for health awareness.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS degree (mandatory) from a recognized medical institution. Preferably need someone who can spend 5-8 hours per day with us 6 days a week (including Sunday).
- Valid medical license to practice in [India / relevant state].
- 0-5 years of relevant experience as a General Physician.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-centric, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in digital health / teleconsultations.
- Comfort with using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and healthcare technology platforms.
- Additional certifications in internal medicine, preventive health, or chronic disease management.
