**Job Summary**:
This is a **freelance remote position** with flexible working hours — perfect for professionals with medical documentation experience and strong English proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen to and transcribe physician-patient encounters into clear, concise, and accurate medical documentation.
- Edit and review AI-generated clinical notes for accuracy, grammar, and medical consistency.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
- Maintain familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems and medical terminology.
- Work closely with physicians or healthcare teams to clarify ambiguities or missing information.
- Deliver completed documentation within the specified turnaround time.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **medical scribe**, **transcriptionist**, or **medical documentation specialist**.
- Strong understanding of **medical terminology**, **anatomy**, **physiology**, and **clinical workflows**.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with AI transcription/editing tools (e.g., Nuance DAX, Suki AI, DeepScribe, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.).
- Certification as a Medical Scribe Specialist (CMSS) or equivalent.
- Background in healthcare, nursing, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted dictation and documentation tools.
