With Q UP, patients can get access to their trusted physician online and allows them to share files, images, and even reports, to get a great consultation experience.

**Objectives of this role**
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Lead Generation
- Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Q UP’s digital presence
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

**Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manager**
- Manage the content that the business posts to social media
- Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Lead Generation for the business.
- Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

**Qualifications for Digital Marketing Manager**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- Great problem solving skills
- Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
- Deep knowledge of web design principles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to identify long term trends in data
- Great communication skills
- Experience working with a content management system
- Strong project management skills
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)

**Experience **- 3 to 5 Years

**Location** - Pune

**CTC** - Depends on the Interview

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
