**Responsibilities**:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Create, maintain and update Database as required.

Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company’s culture and values

during the recruitment process.

**Job Specifications**:
Passionate about Recruitment.

2 +years of proven experience in recruitment.

Must have IT & Non IT recruitment background.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Detail oriented and meticulous at work.

Good Decision making ability.

Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.

Should be proactive.

Should be a team player.

Location: Infopark, Cochin.
