**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for shipyard operations, including welders, fitters, electricians, and other technical roles.

3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.

6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR).

3. Experience working in a recruitment agency or a large corporation.
