**Job Title**: Gardener

**About Us**:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Gardener to join our team and contribute to the creation and upkeep of our landscaped areas.

**Responsibilities**:
**Planting & Cultivation**:

- Plant and nurture a variety of flowers, shrubs, trees, and grasses.
- Ensure proper soil preparation and use of fertilizers.

**Maintenance & Care**:

- Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and aeration.
- Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain shape and health.
- Weed gardens and maintain plant health through integrated pest management.

**Irrigation & Water Management**:

- Install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Monitor water usage and ensure plants receive adequate hydration.

**Equipment & Tool Management**:

- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Ensure all tools are kept in good working condition.

**Seasonal Tasks**:

- Manage seasonal planting and cleanup.
- Prepare gardens for different weather conditions.

**Design & Planning**:

- Assist in planning and designing new garden areas and landscape features.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to implement garden layouts.

**Health & Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local plants, gardening techniques, and landscape design.
- Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Certification in horticulture or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and products.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
