**Foreman - Horticulture**:
Reports To: Project Head | Job Level: Senior Executive / Executive | Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India

**Position Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance, preferably in large residential or commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Landscaping & Maintenance**:
Supervise and execute landscaping activities, including plantation, trimming, and lawn care.
Ensure proper maintenance of plants, trees, lawns, and flowerbeds.
Monitor irrigation systems and oversee water conservation measures.
- **Team Supervision & Coordination**:
Manage a team of gardeners and assign daily tasks.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and work discipline.
- **Plant Health & Pest Control**:
Implement best practices for pest and disease management.
Conduct soil testing and take corrective measures for plant growth.
Recommend suitable fertilizers, composting, and mulching techniques.
- **Vendor & Material Management**:
Coordinate with external suppliers for procure/ment of plants, fertilizers, and gardening tools.
Maintain an inventory of horticultural materials and ensure timely replenishment.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
Maintain records of plant species, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
Prepare monthly reports on horticultural acti/vities and budget utilization.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and landscaping standards.
