**Position Overview**:
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore(Onsite only)

Working Schedule: Mon - Friday(10 AM to 7 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and postings.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year experience in NON-IT Recruitment(mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
