**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Develop and schedule engaging content in Gujarati and/or Hindi/English as needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing needs and brand promotions.
- Respond to social media queries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Must reside within a **10 km radius** of our office.
- Must be **fluent in Gujarati** (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management (freelance or agency).
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, and basic video editing is a plus.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and online branding techniques.
- **knowledge of AI tools** (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or AI-driven analytics) to enhance marketing content and automation.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.

**Work Hours & Compensation**:

- Flexible hours, with regular check-ins or meetings as required

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
