: US Sales/Operations executive in Logistics/Transportation An inside Operations/sales
rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. - Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Individuals working as Operations executives need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
- You also need to assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- Actively managing the company's commercial operations.
- An Operation Executive also keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- Always keep high work productivity.
- Monitor every performance metric and they should receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.
- Ability to multi-task effectively not losing sight of long-term priorities while managing short-term execution issues.
- Think strategically - see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Any Graduate. - A CLEAR ACCENT OF ENGLISH VERBAL COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Special Points to be Consider:

- The mentioned salary is just an estimated approximately bracket of the budget as per the current market standards. Your expected increment is dependent upon your current CTC.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
