**Role Purpose**
- To constantly look for ways to better understand the customers' needs and desires, with the purpose of helping the company deliver goods and services that fulfill them. Also to keep track of any customer issue or problem and work with teams to design ways to solve the issues in future.
**Responsibility**
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Act as point of contact for all client needs
- Coordinate with different teams within the organization by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the clients
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Reviewing the company debtor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Maintaining customer payment records
**Skills Required**:
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Should have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- Proficient in all Google suite
**Experience Required**
- 3+ years preferred
**Qualification Required**
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
**Mandatory Requirement**
- Very Good English and Communication Skills.
- Customer relationship
- Long term commitment (3 years bond will be required)
**Salary Range**
- 3 to 5 lakhs per annum CTC
- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a
realistic balance among multiple priorities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
