**Job Title**: International Voice Process Executive

**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore
**Experience**: 0-6 months or relevant experience with US customers
**Shift Timing**: US Shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM or as per requirement)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Work from Office)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- **Process Adherence**:

- Follow scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure process compliance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines.
- Provide feedback for process improvement where necessary.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with US culture and customer service expectations is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

**Experience**:

- 0-6 months of experience in an international voice process or customer service role.
- Prior experience interacting with US customers is highly desirable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in rotational US shifts.
- Ready to relocate or commute to the JP Nagar location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
