- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to ensure high standards of care.
- Mentor, train, and assist in the evaluation of nursing personnel.
- **Patient Care Coordination**:

- Coordinate nursing activities and patient care services to ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage staffing levels, including arranging coverage for absences or emergencies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Respond promptly to patient complaints or incidents, taking appropriate actions.
- **Emergency Management**:

- Act as the on-site nursing authority during off-hours or in the absence of senior leadership.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure adequate resource allocation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
