- Performance Monitoring: Achieve set performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving processes by collaborating with team members and providing feedback.
- Typical Communication Channels Voice Process: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Common BPO Associate Roles Customer Service Representative: Focuses on general customer support. Technical Support Associate: Helps clients with technical problems related to products or software.
