- Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring it reflects the company's image.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining files, updating records, and managing databases.
- Supply Management: Monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and maintaining inventory.
- Basic Clerical Tasks: Photocopying, faxing, and assisting with document preparation.
- Other Potential Responsibilities: Assisting with travel arrangements for employees. Supporting HR and other departments with tasks like scheduling interviews.
