The Principal Product Researcher role is responsible for defining and evaluating the customer experience for our products from the Industrial perspective. You will work with the Product team to Collect Customer data and attractive analysis and prioritizing research questions based on analysis of current knowledge, project goals, and identified risks.

**As a Product Researcher, you will be responsible for**:

- Understanding and articulating the needs of our target customers
- Developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research
- Analysing data to generate insights that influence product direction
- Presenting clear and actionable insights to cross-functional teams
- Partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that products are being built with the user in mind
- Conducting market research to identify demand for new products, features and services
- Conducting research programs to improve product strategy, marketing, pricing and more
- Collecting information on customer preferences and attitudes toward various brands or products
- Conducting surveys or other research studies to gather data on potential customer's preferences and behaviors
- Conducting post-launch evaluations to assess impact and identify areas for improvement

**Fuel your passion**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, marketing, psychology, human factors, or management with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product research, marketing research, or a similar role for a B2B digital product.
- Have Leads and recommends both short
- and long-term research activities, contributing to the creation of a research plan
- Have Contribute to management of usage analytics and Voice of the Customer solutions, mining usage data, and communicating findings to stakeholders
- Have High attention to detail; extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
