About the Role

Join Tangle as a Product Research Intern to help shape the future of our product offerings by uncovering market needs, analyzing product features, and identifying strategic opportunities. You will work closely with our UI/UX and business teams to validate ideas, assess the competitive landscape, and generate insights that drive product differentiation and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research projects including market analysis, user interviews, surveys, and prototype evaluations.
  • Frame research studies around clear product and business problems.
  • Analyze current and emerging products to understand features, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Identify differentiators for Tangle's products in competitive markets and assess potential business scope.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear and actionable recommendations for internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and leadership during product discovery and validation.
  • Maintain documentation of research processes and insights to improve team effectiveness.
