Kyvo Procurement is an AI-driven procurement platform that delivers cost-effective sourcing for machine manufacturers through intelligent supplier matching, real-time price comparison, and centralized communications. We're seeking a Market Research Intern to help us validate our product concept by collecting survey and interview data from 100+ manufacturers across automotive, aerospace, and general machinery segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify 100+ target companies and procurement contacts in Pune and surrounding regions
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to schedule and administer online surveys
  • Assist with scripting and hosting 30–45 minute follow-up interviews with procurement managers
  • Maintain and update the respondent database; ensure data quality and completion rates
  • Coordinate incentives and follow-up reminders to maximize survey participation
  • Prepare weekly status reports on outreach metrics and data collection progress

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on phone and email outreach

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to track and manage multiple contacts

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools a plus

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
