**Production Research Associate**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Assist PR Scientist within Test and Deploy squad in day-to-day research and testing activities such as data collection, field management and follow up seasonal worker activity. Execution of Producibility trials across different vegetable crops in alignment with the Production Pipeline specialist and field production teams.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for organizing the logistics around field trials, managing the trials in the field, accurate note taking, harvesting, finalizing field trial according to plan set out.
- When applicable, responsible for planning and coordination of activities related with producibility programs in the region
- Responsible for the recruitment and supervision, training and development of team seasonal personnel.
- When needed, can support the Production Research Scientist in results analysis summarized in timely written and verbal reports (if applicable and when looking at development to Scientist).
- Actively contribute to scientific discussions and lead discussions in specific technical areas.
- Responsible for the proper utilization of research equipment (lab and field) combined with mobile device for data collecting and note taking and training PR Assistants and seasonal workers in their use.
- Actively promote, and where possible lead, best practices and standard operating procedures to all employees.
- Support in identifying, developing and maintaining QMS document needs within job responsibilities. Actively ensuring the maintenance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Maintain PR QMS updated.
- Understand and comply with all country and company laws and regulation (Environmental Safety and Health, Stewardship, Quality, ISO, etc.).

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in agricultural or others related field. MSc 3 years, BSc 5-8 years
- Preferred experience in crop management in field.
- MT Technology Specialist.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Excellent communication skills with team and stakeholders.
- Accepts assignments and follows instructions to complete work in a timely manner.
- Eligible & willingness to often travel to local production area by him/herself.
