**Subject Matter Expert Duties**:

- Performs advanced and complex tasks
- Managed projects from start to finish, including research, development, design, testing, implementation, and operation
- Provides vision and leadership for functional area/department
- Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines (internal/external)
- Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve unique problems
- Takes ownership of work
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Ability to effectively manage time, workload, and priorities
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Succeeding in role requires deep expertise of the job function

**Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical and operational support to field operations teams, including installation, operation and maintenance of technical system components
- Develop, prepare, and present training material, including presentation materials, videos, and Telepresence
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure proper service levels

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 3+ years’ experience managing IT projects, specifically in SharePoint or SAP
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of network architecture, security, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
