About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The SME will play a pivotal role in product development and training, leveraging their expertise in advanced technical domains to drive innovation and mentor teams. This position requires a blend of hands-on technical proficiency, system design, and teaching capabilities to support cutting-edge product development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Product Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, contributing to the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

● Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in system architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

● Training & Mentorship: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to upskill team members and stakeholders in relevant technical areas.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment with project goals.

● Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating AI/ML, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices into products.

● Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement robust testing strategies to maintain high-quality deliverables.

● Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

● Education: Master's degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in software development, system design, or related technical roles.

● Compensation: CTC range of 8–12 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), commensurate with experience and skills.
Technical Skills

● Proficient in any of Python or JavaScript.

● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing applications.

● Strong understanding and application of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques (DSA).

● Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and system testing

● Expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability (System Design).

Job Description:
Subject Matter Expert

● Deep understanding of operating system concepts (e.g., process management, memory management, file systems) (OS).

● Experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) (DBMS).

● Practical experience in applying AI/ML models. Additional Requirements

● Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

● Proven ability to mentor and teach technical subjects to junior developers and non-technical stakeholders.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering within deadlines. ● Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in product development for SaaS or enterprise-level applications.

● Certifications in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or TensorFlow Developer Certificate).

● Prior experience in conducting technical training or workshops.
