**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Sourcing of Raw material & Packing Material related to Pharmaceutical Products like Tablet, Syrup, Capsules, injectables and others as required.
- Executing and supporting all the activities related to company's procurement and vendors management.
- Data management costing for all company products
- Supporting coordinating for third party services as per factory for timely availability of requirement
- Supporting trade mark and patent activities as per the legal and process requirement
- Coordinating with all internal teams for requirements and ensuring timely availability of material
- Providing inputs for budget costing activities
- Coordinating with Finance team for vendor payments as per negotiated rates
- Providing inputs for cost-reduction opportunities
- Coordinating for all kinds of travel requirements of all departments
- Maintaining developing effective relations with vendors for timely and quality services
- Ensuring timely availability of purchase related reports and data

- At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Lives in YamunaNagar
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication, pressure management and team working skills Ability and demonstrable full knowledge of vendor management.
- Should be a confident negotiator and have demonstrable ability to get best service in reasonable.
