**The**Opportunity**:
**Location**: Dutch-speaking is mandatory. It's a hybrid position.

Avantor is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization in Belgium, Netherlands and across other countries in Europe.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Education**: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- ** Experience**: Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- ** Languages**: Business fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch is required.
