**Job Overview**:
Sky Education Group is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping us expand our reach and guide aspiring students to make informed decisions about their educational journeys. As a Sales Executive, you will engage potential students, understand their aspirations, and provide them with tailored solutions from our range of courses and educational programs. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand the needs, challenges, and goals of students and provide personalized guidance on suitable courses and career paths.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to provide strategic insights.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience/ Fresher**: 0-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the education or EdTech industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (B.Ed. or related educational qualifications can be advantageous).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect and build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
