**About the role**
The Account Executive is responsible for building client relationships within the Indian Public Sector. People who excel at this job have the ability to develop relationships with key customers and partners, develop requirements with the client that reflect Snowflake’s unique capabilities and create campaigns and accounts strategies to develop the territory. The Account Executive must have the confidence and ability to negotiate and close agreements with Public Sector customers, support customers through our on-boarding process and help them realise the value from the solution.
This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to high visibility, high impact projects at a very exciting time for the company. **Location**:Delhi, India
**We are looking for someone who**:
- 10+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on solution selling and delivering outcomes for customers
- 5+ year’s experience in a Public Sector Account Executive (or equivalent) role within the SaaS or related industry
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
- A track record of success in building territories including pipeline development and quota achievement
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor degree preferred
**About You**:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships and delivering value for your customers.
- The Account Executive must have the confidence and ability to negotiate and close agreements with Clients and support new customers through our on-boarding process.
- Knowledge and established networks in the Indian Government market
- You are driven to exceed performance objectives.
- You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process (within the public sector) and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organisation and contact management capabilities.
