Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) at Rafay are the best of the best, experienced professionals with an intense desire to build something truly special. **Responsibilities**:

- Rapidly build pipeline to achieve the plan for your assigned territory
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a customer-centric, value-based sales methodology
- Partner with stakeholders on the Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, DevOps and Operations teams to formally validate the technical and business value of Rafay’s platform
- Expand and foster organizational networks, regularly engaging individuals within a company involved in the evaluation or decision-making process
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of key industry trends, ancillary technology and competitive developments
- Practice clear, respectful and effective communication with management, customers and associates
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of account activity, pipeline and forecasts
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to advance Rafay team and company goals

**Ideal Qualifications & Experience**:

- BA/BS degree and 7+ years of success selling Enterprise Software
- Experience selling high-end enterprise SaaS, cloud and datacenter platform software
- Experience at early-stage companies selling emerging technologies, winning new logos and developing nascent territories
- Experience in land and expand sales engagements
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of Sales Targets
- A growth-mindset, bias for action, and ability to establish a new territory
- An enthusiasm for customer and prospect-facing travel, as needed to advance engagements
