To lead, manage, and optimize the overall operational activities of the company or specific business unit. Ensure that operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
On daily Basis Verify all the Details, transactions and Other Procedures Then Proceed for the same.

Oversee the daily operational functions of the company, ensuring processes are efficient, effective, and align with organizational goals.

Manage day to day operations with back-end team.

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.

Maintain communication with staff & vendor to ensure seamless company operations

Oversee the operational planning, scheduling, and execution across departments.

Lead the operational team by providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high performance.

Review Verify and approve financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with principles.

Monitor daily activities, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality standards.

Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Develop, review, and improve operational processes and workflows to increase productivity.

Monitor and evaluate operational performance using key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Address any operational issues related to customer experience and take proactive steps to resolve them.

Regularly report operational performance to senior management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement

Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making and business strategies

Work closely with other heads (e.g.sales,Accounts,Back-end and Warehouse) to ensure operational objectives are aligned with overall business strategies.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations Management: 2 years (required)
- Warehouse & Dispatch operations: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
