**Job Description: Store In Charge cum Production Assistant1. Store Operations Management**:

- **Oversee daily operations** of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Manage store inventory**, ensuring products are well-stocked, displayed appropriately, and meet customer demands.
- **Supervise staff**, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- **Maintain store cleanliness** and organization, ensuring products are properly displayed and easy to access for customers.
- **Monitor sales performance**, track stock levels, and manage product turnover to optimize sales.

**2. Customer Service and Sales**:

- **Assist customers** by answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering expert advice on products.
- **Ensure excellent customer service**, resolving complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
- **Encourage upselling** and promote special offers, ensuring that customers are aware of related products or discounts.
- **Handle transactions** at the point of sale, including cash, card payments, and refunds, following company policies.

**3. Inventory and Stock Management**:

- **Monitor stock levels**, place orders for restocking as necessary, and ensure products are readily available for customers.
- **Coordinate stock deliveries**, ensure timely receipt and proper storage of products, and oversee product organization and rotation.
- **Perform regular stock audits** to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce the likelihood of stock discrepancies or losses.
- **Assist with stocktaking** and keep track of product levels in collaboration with the production team.

**4. Production Assistance**:

- **Support the production process** by assisting in the preparation, assembly, or manufacturing of products, such as mattresses or other items.
- **Ensure production schedules are met**, helping to coordinate tasks and ensure the proper flow of materials and goods.
- **Monitor production quality**, helping to check products for defects, ensure they meet quality standards, and assist in packaging.
- **Assist with material handling** and prepare raw materials for production, including inventory management of production supplies.
- **Work with production teams** to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency in product creation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
