Job Title: Store In-charge

Job Overview:
As a Store In-charge at our electric two wheeler startup you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of store operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning. This includes inventory management, customer service, staff supervision, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

Staff Supervision:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.

Customer Service:

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Train staff on effective customer service techniques.

Sales and Promotion:

- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Store Maintenance:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Oversee maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Monitor equipment and report any issues.

Security and Safety:

- Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training for staff.

Financial Management:

- Manage the store budget and expenses.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Implement cost-control measures when necessary.

Communication:

- Maintain effective communication with higher management, staff, and suppliers.
- Relay important information and updates to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate, Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
