**Job description**
- Shall be responsible for coordinating all cross functional teams including accounting, documentation - logistics, marketing, IT and assisting them when and where required.
- maintaining proper follow up, task sheets & tracking sheets to report to management for day to day affairs.
- Assisting for human resource related tasks ranging from job postings, scheduling interviews and coordinating.
- Shall be responsible for Admin-related day-to-day office task.
- Documentation with R&D related to company new projects.
- supporting new software development for company use.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of import-export and related processes
- Knowledge of International Logistics management with shipping lines
- Knowledge of multicurrency / forex management
- Strong command over accounting including tally prime accounting & features.
- Strong command over advanced excel and Word & having good communication skills in the mail
- Strong understanding for digital marketing.
- Strong analytic skills with knowledge of latest technologies and trends running in market to upscale company
- Staying updated with current affairs that affect international trade in any ways for global markets across multiple sectors in which our company is involved directly.
- Fluent in English: reading & writing
- Quick learner & open to exploring new things with a strong ability of multitasking
- Strong Logical thinking
- Open to take up any role in office environment when and where required and instructed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- ADVANCE MS EXCEL: 3 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
