Job Brief:

- Collaborating with UX designers and product managers to understand research needs and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to provide experience insights
- Understand and analyse user needs and problems through a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, and usability tests.
- Synthesise research and testing findings into customer insights, journeys and make recommendations based on these findings that improve user experience and inform decisions for future systems and processes.
- Ensure design decisions are informed by quantitative and qualitative data and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 + years' experience in UX Research
- Strong communication and collaboration skills working alongside UX designers.
- A Bachelors/Masters in Design
- Proficiency in research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques, such as (but not limited to): interviews, field studies, surveys, evaluative testing, focus groups, card sorting, analytics and A/B testing.
- Experience/familiarity with UX and UI design tools
