Job description - Business Development Executive USA Product/Services
- Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references, cold calling to USA B2B customers.
- Meet and pitch services offerings to potential clients.
- Build trust by handling customer objections.
- Build a long-term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in ongoing transaction & ensure flawless execution of the process.
- Have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions, services across S&Ss growing footprint.
- Hunt and develop logistics opportunities nationally.
- Ability to manage various projects/tasks across cross-functional teams.
- Use CRM and internal sales leads to target prospective clients.
- Develop client’s strategy with appropriate marketing materials.
- More than 2 years relevant experience in e-commerce, sales, and/or supply chain industries.
- Strong business sense of logistics industry or USA product or services market.
- Proven track record of sales achievement.
- Successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships and people management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
