**Position: Admin - Documentation & Project Coordination**
**Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai**
**Department: Administration / Projects**
**Reporting To: Project Manager / Management**
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Documentation & Records Management**
- Prepare, maintain, and organize project-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for contracts, invoices, and project records.
- Ensure timely submission of project documentation to clients and internal departments.
**Project Coordination**
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project updates.
- Track project deadlines and support in preparing progress reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and circulate action points.
**Office Administration**
- Handle routine office administration, including correspondence, visitor management, and basic HR support.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support management with travel arrangements, appointments, and calendar coordination.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in administration, documentation, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic documentation software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
