- Meet with customers to discuss project details and ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments
- Managing files, records, and documents (both physical & digital)
- Assisting in data entry and maintaining reports

- Supporting operation manager with basic tasks
- Greeting visitors and providing necessary assistance
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
