**LOCATION**: Renjith Associates, Punnoolil Building, Near Kangarapady Mini Town Hall, Thachanvelimala - Kakkanad Road, Kalamassery, Kochi
**WORK TIMING**: Full Time
**REPORTING TO**: Proprietor - Renjith Puthenpurayil
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant** to support our daily business operations. This role does not require interior design experience but demands strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Call Management & Follow-Ups**:
- Make and receive business calls on behalf of the proprietor
- Maintain a follow-up list and ensure timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- **Coordination & Scheduling**:
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Maintain and update the calendar for the proprietor
- Liaise between departments, vendors, and clients
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
- Prepare and update simple reports, summaries, and reminders
- **Office Administration**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- **Task Reminders & Personal Assistance**:
- Remind and assist the proprietor with daily priorities
- Handle occasional personal errands if required
- **Zoho/Software Assistance (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**:
- Basic familiarity with Zoho Books, Projects, or CRM is a plus
- Willingness to learn task management software
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Qualification**: Minimum +2 or Graduation in any discipline
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in any administrative or support role (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication in Malayalam, Hindi & English
- Ability to follow instructions, track tasks, and coordinate clearly
- **Personality**:
- Trustworthy, proactive, well-mannered, and dependable
- Organized with good memory and attention to detail
**SALARY RANGE**
₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
