**JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES OFFICER**
Shahji is a legacy dairy brand started in 1957 known for the purity and freshness of its dairy products. The Flagship product of Shahij is ‘Shahji Desi Ghee’ which has been inspired by the Vedic bilona method where curd is churned to make butter which is cooked over a low flame, for several hours in a ghee pot in order to make the best possible Ghee. Shahji is run by an experienced team of professionals and aims to bring India back to the age-old traditional values of purity and freshness.
For the same, we are looking for a B2B Sales Officer for managing the B2B Sales Distribution business for Shahji.

**About Role**:
As a B2B Sales Officer for Shahji, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the organization. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and formulating strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. To perform this job role, you should have excellent sales skills and the ability to work under zero supervision. You should also possess an outstanding organizational skills and good networking skills as well. You will also collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identification, appointment & development of customers in the defined territory for the company products.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Sales planning, execution and achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets set.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
- Writing sales contracts as per the company’s requirements.
- Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
**Skills Required**:
- Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the Sales department.
- A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
- Good networking and people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to build a professional network.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
